What is the size of the item?

  • Most of the item has one size only. Some size fits size S - size M, some fits size S - size L. Please refer to the product description from each item. Also, you can refer to this size chart page for more details.

What is the condition of the item?

  • All items in Oncelink.com are 100% Brand New directly from Factory.

How to wash the lingerie?

  • We suggest hand wash.
  • To handwash your lingerie, fill a tub or sink with warm water and detergent. Place lingerie in the water and let them soak for 10 to 15 minutes. The soaking will help soften the dirt and make it easier to remove. Be sure that hooks from bras and other garments do not catch on the lace of other garments.
  • After soaking, take each item one at a time and gently rub the fabric together to remove the dirt. Be sure to do this one item at a time so the other fabrics do not rub together.
  • Remove the dirty water from the tub or sink and wash each item in cool water. Rinse until the water runs clear. Lay garments flat on a layer of towels, then lay another layer of towels on top and press out any excess water. After all water has been removed, lay flat or hang over a drying rack to dry.

When will you post the items after payment?

My parcel was unclaimed for a period of time and was return to the shipper. What should I do now?

  • No worries. We will follow up every item we sold out. You have two choices, getting a partial refund or have the item send again.
  • For getting a partial refund, we will refund minus off the shipping and 20% restocking fee.
  • For resend the parcel to you, you will have to pay the shipping charges again.

Why was my order cancelled?
